All people I spoke with were super! However, some didn't fully explain the procedures fully. For example, the one-way rental location and day before reservation confirmation was not spelled out. This caused many calls and anxiety, needlessy. I do see the procedures need from U-Hauls perspective but, I might have chosen to go for a two way rental in order to bypass the last day confirmation nerves, had I been briefed fully at the time I reserved. :(

Eric IJust dropped off, so can't assess it for other services. Folks there were friendly and helpful. As other reviewers have said, yard and office are messy, but nothing I haven't seen at other small country garages. Didn't concern me too much, as it was conveniently close and served my needs.
