Truck was ready, clean and was able to get on the road in a short period of time.

All people I spoke with were super! However, some didn't fully explain the procedures fully. For example, the one-way rental location and day before reservation confirmation was not spelled out. This caused many calls and anxiety, needlessy. I do see the procedures need from U-Hauls perspective but, I might have chosen to go for a two way rental in order to bypass the last day confirmation nerves, had I been briefed fully at the time I reserved. :(

Not much space to park 26ft U-Haul Tight parking.

Just dropped off, so can't assess it for other services. Folks there were friendly and helpful. As other reviewers have said, yard and office are messy, but nothing I haven't seen at other small country garages. Didn't concern me too much, as it was conveniently close and served my needs.

The rental was flawless. The trailer was clean and in great shape. The individuals at CJs Auto Inc were quick and helpful. The lady handling the paper work, Carolyn, was also quick and helpful. My next trailer or truck rental will certainly be with them.

The place is a mess . Garbage all over in the shop, I person can’t walk in the office. The yard isn’t passible , broken and scrap cars all over the place. I had to back through a ditch to hook up the trailer. It took 1.5 hours to do the paperwork and now they are trying to bill me for an extra day . I feel like u-haul as a company should choose its locations better. And do a better job service it costumers Thank you Glenn dorie

right rear tire had 2 old nails in it, only had 20 its of air, tried to pump it up but was leaking too bad had to take the wheel off at my cottage and take it to Canadian tire in Perth Ontario 20 km one way on a Saturday afternoon and get two patches installed,
