Got told online that it was going to $51, instead it was $80. The original location didn’t have my truck that i reserved so i had to go to another location on 98 & they basically added more fees

Things were tough with the uncertainty of the language barrier

BERTHA QThe man made me back up a million times to unload the trailer in the exact location he wanted . I explained to him that I had a hard time backing up straight because the trailer always turned on its own . There was really no need to ask me to do it over and over again because I couldn’t get it exactly the way he wanted it to. At the other Panama City location I just drove it up to the door and they unhitched it and pulled it to the place they wanted it . I didn’t have to spend 20 minutes trying to back it up into a space . I’m going to be renting another trailer in the spring and I definitely won’t be returning it to this location
