Uhual requires a secondary contact per this location and would not release the trailer until I provided one. I will not be renting from this location again.

Tyreanna DThe uhaul was sandy, not a major deal because I did put the picture on the portal prior to so I shouldn’t be charged for someone else mess. The biggest issues I have is the uhaul did not properly run. It seems as if it struggled to switch gears and for a very long time it wouldn’t go beyond 20 mph. I attempted to take the uhaul back and the lady in the store laughed at me as if I was making up a story. She said she had to “call him” before assisting me and because I only had a few hours before work and I had already paid for the uhaul, I just left and did my best with what I had. I end up returning the ihaul almost 2 hours later because of the way it ran. This is my second reservation with this company and I was disappointed both times. I would not refer a friend to this location.
TAKARDRA MTruck was not on good condition. Service was ok but not the best. Wouldn’t recommend
