People were great. I would have done excellent only pasty’s of the hwy were choppy causing the front of the truck to buck ( for lack of a better word) braking the driver side rubber tie down for the hood. I pulled into a service station, bought a truck tire gauge and found that the front tires which had a sign saying set at 110 pounds weren’t. The left front was 70 and the right front was 80 pounds. I was able to set both to 100 pounds which helped a lot to reduce the bucking on rough parts of the highway. Also when I would pull over into the fast lane or out of the trucker lane the bucking would stop. Other then that a very nice truck and I was surprised to get almost 11 miles per gallon of gas.

Mark HIf there is a change to the requested vehicle that the customer be provided a curtesy call and to provide options as we were updated from 20 ft to 26 ft and when I went to call the number I couldn’t leave a voicemail and when I was able to speak to someone there was no one from U-Haul to speak to and my pick up was mobile. The start of this U-Haul experience was not great as we requested this reservation 30 days in advance.
