place was neat and clean. felt safe and friendly. the best part of the experience was the man we encountered at Paradise Stone when we went to make a reservation and when we picked up the trailer. His name was Shane (I believe) and he was polite, busy, friendly, helpful, and a wonderful representative of UHaul and Paradise Stone.
