Nobody was there and the only reason why I could tell where to drop it off was because I saw another U-Haul truck.

OTTO VI should have been told at the time of rental that the truck was somewhere else. Not a huge inconvenience, but still cost me some time.
MATTHEW MFirst I thought it should have been disclosed that I was picking up the truck at an unstaffed location at 9:00 AM. Also UHaul changed my pick up location. I didn’t do well with the remote check in process. If I had known it was unstaffed I would have gone to another location. Secondly, the truck was very dirty. Windshield was loaded with bugs and other debris, had to wash it 3 times to get it reasonably clean. The floor had snack crackers and other food type debris spilled over it, which I cleaned up best I could without a vacuum.
