I’ve booked my 10foot UHaul truck on July 19 8am to 10 am at 1200 E NEW CIRCLE RD in LEXINGTON . But when I arrived there they told me they were overbooked and probably 1 hour later will have one after someone returned but not happening again after 1 hour they told me only option was to get 18 miles away from here 2030 MARTIN LUTHER KING BLVD, PARIS, KY 40361 to take a 20 foot truck and won’t cost me EXTRA but again when I get there they told me that isn’t the case and charge me for the 20 foot truck. Anyway that’s the whole story. I feel so bad!

The truck was clean but the steering is loose and the truck has many miles on it. Probably time to retire it. Lynda was very helpful. Blessings to you all in Jesus' name.
