To be clear, this is a problem with the online booking process with uhaul, not this location. The truck that I rented was promised to two people and GONE when I arrived. I wanted 20ft, and ended up with 15ft because the 26ft would have trouble getting down my gravel drive with a sharp turn, I was not comfortable driving the longer truck.
Katherine LDon't change anything, the good people at that location are the best, they run a tight ship. Are they perfect, no, but they strive to be the best, I'm very thankful they are there. Thank you.
