I wanted a truck in Edmonton Alberta , but I have to drive out of the city to a place im unfamiliar with. Took 36 mins to drive and I had to pay for gas there and back for my personal vehicle and used truck gas. They were suppose to put 50 extra km on my trip and didn't in the end. Very disappointed.

GORDON EReturn location was very difficult to locate. Poor signage of U-Haul dealer. U-Haul agent very helpful, U-Haul wanted to surcharge me for extra miles. Explain to agent that I had to pickup truck at another town. Call U-Haul and had charges reversed.
