My only complaint is that I waited in line for 45+ minutes to pick up a truck that I had reserved online in advance. We had a 2 hour window to pick up the furniture we were getting or we wouldn't be able to get it until outside of our reservation timeframe, so had we waited on line much longer the rental would have been pointless. Once we got the truck, everything went smoothly and we were happy with the experience from that point on.KELLYA G.

Is is always chaotic renting from this location, I have done business with them for the last couple of years and they have not gotten any better. Uhaul and it's policies are not user friendly. There was an issue with our account and we couldnt log in to the app with our email. The staff at this location were very impatient and rude to us. Basically would not take the time to help us figure out this issue and instead were trying to get us out the door. Since they wouldn't help us fix our account we ended up leaving without the issue being resolved. Still have not fixed the issue. The self-service return was a bit cumbersome. For some reason, my phone doesn't always permit automated text messages. I wish there could be voice or email options.
