Rude staff and they lied on how many miles were driven. I have had to dispute this because of their dishonesty. I am insulted and will report them to the better business bureau for deceiptful practises.

Marquia SI was extremely unhappy about having my drop-off location changed at the last minute. I was at the original drop-off when I learned that my drop-off had been moved. You should not do that to your customers! I had plans that evening and having to figure out what was going on with the original drop-off location, drive to the new drop-off location and return the truck there, which is farther from my home, made me late for my dinner with friend. That was very aggravating! Poor customer service will deter future rentals.
