This location was extremely shady and although I dropped the truck off with a quarter tank just like I received it they charged me a full up convenience fee and for gas they didn’t even put in the tank.
KAHRON CTook over 10 minutes to return the truck and Ivwas the only customer. I am 81,years old and could not navigate the complicated procedure with QR code, photos, and answers to questions. The desk clerk was almost equally unable to do it for me.
HAROLD MClark sit and customer have to do all the booking and dropping off . It’s irritating when your phone is low battery and have to go through all this steps .
MASOUD AI wouldn't recommend this place to a friend if they were getting a 26ft truck. There's not a lot of parking there. I had to park In the grass to avoid blocking the entrance. It was closed so I can't rank the service. But it is conveniently close to where I live which was helpful.
