The attendant was there, but not very engaged, because he was on his phone the entire time I was there. Didn’t bring me any of the equipment I needed and I had to question him about it at all. I wanted to be fair about the company overall, but he definitely took off some points

James HI did not get all the equipment's what I had booked. Utility dolly was useless.. No paint and wheels were not for apartments move. I only got one furniture dolly, I booked 2. And the truck itself... It was used by homeless for several days, there was a terrible smell inside. There was half-eaten food, smelly blankets, and real poop at the entrance. Maybe those smelly blankets were the reason why I did not got any even that I book those
