The initial text message support was lacking a genuine customer service experience, but the resulting call from a live agent was simply amazing and incredibly helpful. Once the live agent got the system to work properly, everything else was simple and streamlined.

Staff unfamiliar with computer technology and unwilling to contact UHaul corporate to obtain answers when unsure of procedure. Mom and pop dealer in need of better training that facilitate customer clarity and reveals all available options without customer spear heading calls to UHaul while at their checkout counter.
