Nothing, this location had parking to leave your personal vehicle while renting one of theirs. It’s conveniently located on the corner, making it easy to get in and out of.

I returned my U-Haul ON TIME and received a notification a week and a half later stating my truck is still out and I didn’t return it. The girl never closed me out like she said she would and I trusted her to do her job and took her word for it instead of requesting the receipt right then and there instead of electronically.

Ensure the manager arrives on time for truck pick up so that customers don't have to wait, ensure the manager has the correct materials and supplies (ex: blankets), and ensure the manager is able to work the website correctly so that when adjustments are made to the contract (he didn't have blankets but couldn't take the charge off from his computer and so I've been working back and forth with Uhaul for 4 days now to get it fixed). Finally, make sure not to charge the customer more than one time. I just checked my bank account and I was charged THREE TIMES for this contract. I have used Uhaul twice before and have never experienced this many problems. The only difference is the location I used to pick up/drop off the truck.

If every UHaul Independent Dealer was like Tony , you would get not only 5 Stars here on this Survey but more important, there would be only rave reviews on Yelp and similar sites. I have used Tony twice already and plan many more rentals via him because he knows the Uhaul system so well and is outstanding at fitting the Uhaul product/service to our needs.Please note that prior to meeting Tony we were planning to buy a retired UHaul truck just to avoid the problems cited so often on Yelp.

We did after hour check in for the 26 foot truck. The parking space was not defined. Re: check-in. I did not create a log in and found it a bit frustrating trying to perform this task at check-in. The customer service representative was very helpful. Inform renters to create log-in account.

No rep was available (or even on site) when I arrived to pick up the trailer at my reservation time. When I asked the gas station clerk about it, she handed me the rep’s phone number to call. I did, but reached his voicemail. Similarly, when I returned the trailer, no one was available to accept it, or to help me disengage the trailer from the hitch. The location had no tools to assist with that effort, so I had to improvise. On the positive side, the rep (Tony) was very friendly and apologetic for arriving late in the morning, and did help hook up the trailer.

The U-Haul representative at the Spirit location, Tony, was professional and efficient. He did a very good job, although everything I ordered (blankets) were not available. In any case, he made up for it and really did go the extra mile.

The gas tank was only 1/4 full. And the truck's tank was defective. The gas pump automatically shut off everyrime I tried to put more gas in the truck. There was barely enough fuel to finish the job and the defective pump wouldn't accept aby more gas. I explained this to the person who received the truck at the drop off location. This truck should not be given to other customers until it the tank/ gas inlet is fixed!

Have an attendant on site for the scheduled pick up. There was nobody there and the gas attendant had to assist.

I was told that I could drop off 24/7 but I didn't notice how small of a location this was to do the uhaul drop off. I had a utility trailer and a 10' tuck so when I went there after hours, there was no place to drop off. I think when being told it's a 24/7 drop off, to have known more specifics about this location (parking capacity, what time the Uhaul personnel will be there from) would have been useful information.

I didn't drive 26 miles. I should have taken a picture of odometer before I started. I drove around 10 miles. Bad service. Couldn't log into my uhaul account when beginning. Ugh. Glad it's over. I literally moved 1.2 miles away. I would recommend people take pictures of everything beforehand to avoid this.
