I got charged 50$ extra for what?! This is rediculous
SUMMER LI made a reservation without "Safemove" insurance. When I got there to pick it up, it took the clerk a long time to check me out compared to other locations as the wasted time adding "Safemove" without my consent. I asked him to remove it multiple times- he refused. I called consumer service, they told me they would remove it and refund it - still have not done it.
MICHAEL JThe roof of the truck had two large holes in the front corners. Their holes allowed for exhaust fumes to enter the cabin while driving. The air conditioner coolant worked on and off. We were unable to adjust the flow of the fan speed for the a/c as it was broken. The fan speed was stuck on high.
