I thought that i had to bring back on Tues when, I really needed it back on Monday. I did get it back by noon instead of 7:30 am and it cost me an additional $59.40. I think this is excessive.

The attendant on duty did not know what to do but she called someone who walked her through it. Much of it was done on my phone and could have been done in advance, such as uploading the photos of my drivers license. This would have saved time as this location is a Gas Station with Conv store, so we kept getting interrupted by other customers.
STEPHEN KI declined SafeMove/insurance coverage when submitted my order. I have screenshots of my order. Yet I was charged the $15 for SafeMove. Waiting for a refund.
