Made a reservation on the phone with a representative. Got there a week later no truck had to drive to another location to grab another truck that wasn’t even what I reserved which was a 26Ft but I ended up with a 15FT had to pay the movers additional three hours when the move should’ve been done in four hours instead of 7 1/2 hours because we had to make two trips with the truck we have not yet have U-Haul try to work with me and or refunded me for their mistakes they made. It was beyond stressful.

Clent LIt got the job done but the vehicle is in SERIOUS need of either a front-end alignment or new shocks because that ride was rough. I do not recommend if going anywhere over 10 miles away due to the sketchiness of the uhaul. We also found a full water bottle and an empty water bottle up front so it wasnt checked or cleaned beforehand.
