Upon arrival 15 mins prior to pick up the location was found to be closed when it was supposed to be open. The owner arrived nearly a half hour past the scheduled pick up time. The truck bucked throughout the trip when under load and emission lights would come on. The vehicle was found to be clean though upon pick up.

The truck stank of weed from the first second I entered the truck. I do not smoke and am allergic to the smoke. I had to drive with the windows open. The worker who helped me was wonderful!!! Also I was charged for a safe move fee when I clicked off the box to not be charged so I am hoping to get my money back for that.
AMANDA MWe haven’t need in a U-Haul in over a decade. So the “reservation process” for actually getting both a reservation and having availability confirmed (not until the day before!) seemed a bit nerve wracking and frustrating. But, apart from that things were great. Thank you so much for helping us get stuff moved!
