The last two times I’ve had to pick up a vehicle from this location I had problems with the pick up and had to call the 800 number for assistance. This time the keys weren’t there for the vehicle, while they did get the keys for me and I was able to rent the vehicle in the end. It was still another issue of not just being able to pick up the vehicle like I should be able to. However, they did give me a $50 credit for my troubles, which was appreciated.

They took many days to check the vehicle back in after it was dropped off after hrs.
BRANDON JTrailer needs needs new rachets for the wheel straps. That was the only "problem".
MATTHEW WJust a little more thorough inspection would have saved us from cleaning broken glass from a previous renter. Also, although an easy fix, the starting mileage was quite a bit different than the actual starting mileage.
Rena CGuy was super helpful- will definitely rent again and pass along the great experience knowledge!
