They close way to early. I arrived very shortly after they closed up and I was charged for another day. Also, I put 7 gallons in the truck ($33.19) to get it back to where it was when I picked it up. But then I was charged for 2 more gallons. Again, I returned the truck on Friday afternoon (and used the key drop box) but was charged another day. The move was far more expensive than I thought it was going to be. It was not a good value at all.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCouldn't ask for much more. Great experience, good customer service
Michael RI reserved trailer for 4 days clarifying where they wanted me to park trailer upon returning Sunday while they were closed and received a message after one day saying I was late returning the trailer. I returned the call explaining that I had rented trailer for 4 days and all I got was the trailer will be $32.00 for each addditional day. We ended up being charged approximately double the amount I had reserved the trailer for that time period..
