The folks at PACA Storage were super accommodating and helpful as we navigated truck return. JONATHAN PThe onsite manager for the PACA Storage U-Haul location, Kim, was an absolute sweetheart and really easy to work with! She was very helpful, kind, friendly, professional, patient, flexible, and understanding. In addition, the moving van itself was so very enjoyable to drive! The rear cargo area is really spacious, and its interior height is very tall, so standing up fully and walking around inside of it was no issue at all. The van was incredibly clean at pick-up, as well. And it’s also brand new, in excellent condition, and drives really smooth and comfortably (similar to a large SUV or a large pickup truck). Plus, it has a rear backup camera and large side mirrors that are able to fold in with the push of a button, so those two features made parking and backing into parking spaces very easy to do and hassle-free. I had an overall Fantastic rental experience, appreciated the ease of being able to extend my rental period either by phone or via the app, and Highly recommend this specific U-Haul rental location!
