The agent at this location did everything beautifully. There are some things that you haul could do to fix the data in their system. For the destination location it was not the closest to my new home. Also the location in Florence had the wrong phone number with what u haul gave me. So I had to do my own research to find they're correct phone number and then I ended up going elsewhere because another place was much closer anyway.
