Based on my experience, I am sure that nobody is going to read this or address it in any way, here is my story. I wasted 11 days of phone calls until I sent this email to the CEO, who immediately got this taken care of. After he got it taken care of I received an invoice for double the amount quoted and he again said he will take care of it, which I am sure he will. My letter to him: I write this because I have hit 22 dead ends, wasted far too much time, and have no other place to turn. Unfortunately my sister died suddenly and I needed to have her cremated and move her personal belongings out of her apartment on Monday, July 9, 2018. I rented a trailer from your Peachtree City GA location on that date with the intent of driving to my parent’s home in SC and dropping the trailer back to Peachtree City a week later after her funeral. I was obviously not thinking properly and did not think to drop it off in SC. So when I figured that out later on Monday, I called my rental store to find out how to change that destination. Nobody answered. I left a message. No return call. I tried again every day until Thursday when I finally got someone to answer my call. They said I could return it to another store and there may be additional charges charged by the receiving store. So Friday, July 13, I tried to return it to Santee, SC but they were closed before 4 pm even though they were supposed to be open until 4:30 pm. The sign on the store said they would open Saturday at 9:00 a.m. so we returned then. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. So then we drove 15 minutes to another U-Haul location in Holly Hill, SC and returned the trailer there. The clerk, Benita, indicated there would be no additional charge for drop off and there will actually be a credit for dropping it off 2 days early. I asked for the receipt but unfortunately that location does not own a computer, much to my amazement. She did hand write and sign some form of a receipt with the trailer number I dropped off. I took photographs in front of the store so there was at least documentation that I dropped it off since they do not own a computer and could not provide me any documentation. I immediately called customer service to verify that was legitimate and they indicated yes and I would get a close out email confirmation of the transaction when they “check the trailer in”. Well, as I write this email 5 days later, the trailer has still not been checked in. Since then, I have called and spoken to 19 different people from customer service agents, to district and regional managers, the drop off store manager, the pick up store manager, equipment location specialist, and others. Nobody, and I truly mean nobody, knows anything about anything. The few helpful people who indicated that they will research this issue and call me back have never called me back. I wrote 3 emails to your customer service/reviews documenting these issues to try to close out my contract, but no

The automatic checkin process through my cell phone was rejected, but I was not given a reason why. When I approached a staff member (who happened to be the store manager) with my situation, he was unsympathetic and offered no solution. As I was walking out of the store—a little puzzled—another staff said he would try to correct the situation on the computer—which he did. So I did end up getting the truck I had reserved, and it worked perfectly for the job I was doing; but there was just this needless drama with the cellphone checkin process and the heartless store manager that left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Clean site. Uhaul did not have a quarter tank of gas in it, only had an eighth. Uhaul employee told me gas station was just around the corner. Employee also had tobacco spit bottle in plain view of customers.

We dealt with Mr. Fowler and he was EXTREMELY rude and not very helpful when we asked questions. We wanted to know the hours of the location for the drop off and he said we could call on our own and find that out and he would not look it up for us. When I asked for the phone number, he said you can look at it when I give you your paperwork. There were other questions we had asked and he was not helpful, short in his responses, rude, never smiled once, never said thank you, and in an overall VERY bad mood. I almost told him that he could use some customer service skills but I decided to just let you know in the review in order to avoid confrontation. I will not deal with this man again if we even ever decide to go back to this location. Mr. Fowler was highly unprofessional and it made for a horrible pick-up experience. You may want to consider further training on customer service skills.

The reservation agent was borderline rude and ended up canceling my reservation for a dolly but luckily your store still had one. The employee in the store who helped me provided very poor customer service skills.

The trailer has seen better days. Too many places on the outside were rusted and the front had a hole from corrosion.

Blankets and Hand/Appliance Dollies were not in the truck. Didn't realize it until I got to the house. Stopped back by UHAUL on the way out after loading without two dollies/hand trucks. Didn't have time to wait and go through the process. Owner/manager did provide me with the blankets but paid for dollies and did not utilize.

I have had great service from this location, but there always seems to be just one person working the counter. He is seriously busting his butt and provides good service, but could really use some help!

Truck's cab had a nasty odor. You need to clean the cab interiors with disinfectant. It was unpleasant to smell that odor for 3 days! Contract marked the gas level as 5/8 full when ti was a little below that. With the large tanks on these trucks, that's a noticeable expense.
