Staff did not check truck before renting it. A tire was almost flat. We asked the representative if it was returned a little late. They said no. When we returned it 30 minutes late, they tried to assess a 100% late charge fee. The truck was manufactured in 1991. There was a delay in transmission shifting gears causing us to wait. The representative was generally nice
