I had 24 hrs. to return my trailer, according to the clerk. My husband returned the trailer early but after hours and without me, because they closed early on Sunday at 1 pm. I called the 1800 number to make sure it was ok to leave the trailer and to check it back in with the customer service rep. The next morning I call to check with the U-Haul to see if all is good.. the young man checked it in at 9:am ( seeing that I had 24 hrs to return) he charged me 22$ extra for not checking it in the day before. I don’t feel it’s fair and would like my money returned. Thanks, loyal customer.

The person at this location was nice and ver helpful in answering our questions and providing additional pads. The truck was ready for us, but very low on gas, requiring over 40 gal. to be added before we could head out of town.
ALMA RTruck was dirty and sounded like it was about to fall apart. The location was very muddy and difficult to maneuver truck in and out. Lots of trees and debris around rentals. No where to park personal vehicles while checking rental out without getting stuck in the mud or on surrounding debris.
Michelle FThe only thing I would recommend is updating the address which apparently the CR is also known as a Rd name that we were unaware of until after we stopped driving around for an hour and googled the CR name and it said it was known as another name and then we GPSed that address. That's not the address that you're sent to when you click on maps. It sends you to the dirt Rd on the other side on 288.
