The "Truck Share" Program is terrible! I very intentionally signed up to rent from a local U-Haul location I had used before and had a good experience with. I only discovered the morning I was picking up my truck that the truck was sitting in a very muddy parking lot behind a Building Supply Store when I opened my app. I tried to contact both the origional local U-Haul business I had booked to use and the Building Supply. No response from either. I finally called the number on the post with the lock-boxes where the truck was sitting and the service rep walked me thru the new "Truck Share" process. It's TERRIBLE! It was pouring rain.... mud ankle deep. Finally got my code and was able to open a difficult combination padlock (stuck by the wet weather) and get my key to the truck. I will not use your App if you are able to switch / change my reservations without my consent.
