It was an after hours drop off. So no one was there to help. (There was no option above for N/A) Since it was a 24 hour drop off, I was only informed of the extra charge for gas after I turned in the keys to the lock box. As I mentioned above. When I received the truck the gas was just slightly above half a tank and I returned it at half a tank but U-Haul is charging me $39.99 to refill the tank. That charge should be dropped. I am dissatisfied with the service charge and lack of attention at the pickup point

I had an issue with the mobile app as I tried to check out the truck. I believe now that it was due to my carplay connection on my personal vehicle as I exited it to walk to the rental truck. It disconnected and the app advanced past the part where it gave me the lockbox and entry code info to get the keys. It took us almost 45 minutes to get a live rep from UHaul to help. Once she was on everything was great.

NANCY WOverall experience with the U-Haul was great. Only thing I would say is please make it easier to rent all your equipment. We lost so much time trying to rent the U-Haul and dolly. Everything was done online or many calls over the phone talking to a representative plus we had to find a place that had a dolly for rent. Needless to say we wanted to started moving between 9:00-10:00 after getting everything it was more like 11:30-12:00.
