Drop off was only easy part

Mark BIt was an after hours drop off. So no one was there to help. (There was no option above for N/A) Since it was a 24 hour drop off, I was only informed of the extra charge for gas after I turned in the keys to the lock box. As I mentioned above. When I received the truck the gas was just slightly above half a tank and I returned it at half a tank but U-Haul is charging me $39.99 to refill the tank. That charge should be dropped. I am dissatisfied with the service charge and lack of attention at the pickup point
