ANTHONY BI entered the lot at the wrong location, and the one worker waved me on to come closer, but wasn't very helpful in telling me what I needed to do. (All he said was that there are signs telling me where to go, but that didn't help when I didn't enter at the right entrance and couldn't see those signs.) I pulled up and wasn't sure what to do, so I folded my moving pads and entered the store. They were nice when I realized I didn't have the furniture dolly and would have to come back in the morning (when the truck was actually due). When I arrived at the store the next morning, when it opened, I stood inside for a little while by myself until someone came. The gentleman was nice when he arrived, but told me I had my truck at the wrong location. This caused me to panic since I already had issues the day before with picking up the truck. I showed him the app with that location on it and he was then able to get me checked in without getting charged double. Overall, the experience was very stressful, but both locations in general we fine.
