We arrived while the single employee was gone for lunch during -online- posted business hours. We could have easily used the dropbox and left the truck, however there were additional items in the back of the truck we had rented, and we did not have a way to lock the truck and walk away. There was a sign clearly stating when they would return, and they did returned at the given time. It's a small location, maybe note on the reservation site and anywhere online that they close for lunch?
