Inside bay was not swept clean. Right side mirror was broken and would not hold position making it dangerous to pass vehicles and try to return to right lane. Was told by agent that windshield crack was already noted in system when I later find to be false at destination check in. Luckily I took pictures! Also find they attempted to charge me for a furniture dolly thatni did not order. I chose to use agent and not electronic checkout. Yet uhaul requests electronic text updates before leaving origin? I did not see this until I was well on may way and too late to update. Don't trust this location! Always take pictures even when they say not needed.
