This location is kind of out of the way and full of other kinds of vehicles that would be worked on by the regular staff. At first I made my reservation in another spot (Rock Stream) and wished I would've been able to have the truck I needed there. The staff was focused only on U Haul vehicles.

david hThis location just told me to leave the trailer by the side of the building and they would take care of everything. I returned the trailer two days before its due date (should I get a discount for this?)…but was then charged for an additional day three days later. I went back to this location first thing yesterday morning to get the billing corrected. He said he would take care of it the same day. It is now the end of the second full business day and I don’t see the additional charge reversed on my credit card.
David RInside of the cab had litter from a prior renter. Also the cab smelled like someone had been smoking.
