The gentleman at this location was very kind and helpful. Top notch service. They had a nice lounge and good music, too. The truck was extremely clean. One of my best u-haul experiences.

The drop off was good. Personal were friendly. I would recommend this location.
Michael BI was forced to pickup my tow dolly and truck on 2 seperate days and locations. “30min from where I wanted” I was charged 6$ for going “over my milage” when I was forced to go to a seperate location on a different day. Seems crazy to me. The location I picked up at doesn’t deserve to be a Uhaul location. I get uhauls every month and never had problems like this place “Wilkes food mart” they need there partnership with them removed I’d be glad to tell everything they sucked at.
Aaron AI didn’t know I was going to a half U-Haul location, no one told me to download the app beforehand. I was charged an extra $51 and still don’t know why. I will make better decisions next time before I go with U-Haul again.
