This was a horrible pick up location. We couldn't find anyone to help us. The ratchet on the car hauler was rusted and wouldn't work. We finally purchased our own straps. I would remove this location as a pick up

I read the other reviews and almost went to another U-Haul dealer. I'm so glad I didn't. This place is awesome! They were so very accommodating, kind and professional.

Megan MThe dropoff location was a sketchy, abandoned-looking building. I was not comfortable with my wife being there with me, for her safety. The person who was there who took the furniture pads was not wearing a U-Haul shirt, so I hope he was actually supposed to take them and wasn't a U-Haul thief. I made sure to put the keys in the lockbox instead of handing them to him.
Danielle NPlace is sketchy looking and looks like a junkyard. The uhual office is hard to find. Had to walk in to nichs automotive? The lady running the uhaul was in her car talking on the phone and had to wait forever.
