Offer more mileage for one way rental.
Joseph RBlankets were placed in wrong truck and we were still charged for them. App did not work and took 4 hours to get our truck, ended up paying an additional 300$ in fees to house we moved out of due to late move out. Truck was supposed to be dropped off in Summerland and we were charged extra for the kms to drop the truck off. Unable to contact location representatives during the ordeal. Completely unsatisfactory, do better.
