the location it self was very accessible and the key drop off was clearly marked. i said "no" to the location being inviting and helpful personnel as the business was closed when i returned the vehicle and in order to provide a review i had to answer yes or no.

Quick and essy
Avelino VI had some problems with the app working properly and was caught picking up the van where nobody was for more than an hour. However the customer service agent was able to finally walk me through it.
