I reserved a 20’ truck because that’s what I needed, they gave me a 15’ and said someone else already reserved it which was a lie the traffic department put the one way to California before me because they were getting paid more, the 15’ was disgusting in the box additionally they charged me for safe load when they edited my order which I didn’t have selected also the manager placed a 100 mile hold on my card on top of the rental price, I definitely felt like they didn’t want to rent me the truck due to my ethnicity
