I had a reservation for 10am which is the time that the office was to open. The girl showed up at 10:20 to open up the office.

Tell your customers there total pay because if I knew it was going to be over a grand I would have dropped it off sooner and saved more money then what I was getting back which is way too low

Maurice CCalled the day before to confirm the furniture dolly was not gonna be an issue as I was doing self pickup while they were closed. They assured me it wouldn’t be an issue as the dolly would be in the truck. No dolly was in the truck. Location has a “west parking lot” that is not referenced in the pickup instructions. The photos did not match the location of the truck. I had to call the scheduling manager to figure it all out and be guided which delayed our day
CESAR PEquipment was a quarter mile away from pick up location. Had to drive to pick it up. Inside was dusty and dirty.
