When I returned the vehicle I never got my updated receipt with the correct am out this mailing me have to call back tomorrow. I am not happy at all that I have to spend my time making a phone call about this, the guy said he checked it in and gave me credit for 6 furniture pads that the seal was never broken on and I didn't use as many miles as I thought I would so I'm expecting a credit for that as well. Uhaul really dropped the ball on this one. I am very disappointed.

Rented a truck. The miles were over 50 miles difference between the paperwork and the truck. The gas on the paperwork said full, the truck had less than 3/4 of a tank. When reporting this the people who worked that location were very rude. I rent 30 to 35 truck a year mostly work with some personal. I will insure my company does not return to U-Haul as well.

The staff was great. Two rentals in three days and everything was great and went smoothly. The only thing, and I addressed it with the person in charge, is that they should be more selective of any personal music that may be playing in the bay. When I returned the truck, the music that was playing could be construed by others as offensive. The lyrics of the song used inappropriate language, to include the N-word and a lot of other inappropriate terms. The person in charge apologized and said he’d make sure to better represent U-Haul

I feel I should not have had to pay for a five day one way rental when I had it only two days.

At the time I arrived, there was only one attendant available, apparently the other (only two?) was indisposed. There were five customers waiting, I had requested online check in but it still took approximately 40 minutes to get my equipment. In addition, the cab of the truck stank of cigarette smoke. If I were not a regular customer, the experience would have put me off giving the opportunity for repeat business.

Computer terminal seemed sluggish causing difficulty for the sales rep to complete the transaction quickly. None-the-less, Jesse maintained a friendly and professional attitude which made the experience a good one. He should be commended for this.

There was a rather long wait due to not having enough staff to handle the demand on a Saturday morning. The manager who handled my rental told me the gas tank was full and if I didn't return it full I would be charged $6/gallon. When I got in the truck, I noticed it was slightly below full, but I thought perhaps the gas gauge was just slightly off since he told me the tank was full. I certainly didn't want to wait in a long line again to ask about it since I was moving and had already been there longer than expected. After driving under 16 miles, I went to top off the tank at the gas station. I was quite surprised when it took 8 gallons of gas. Upon returning the vehicle, I confronted the manager with this information and asked if I could be reimbursed for some of the over $20 I paid for gas. His response was "Uhaul doesn't do that. You should've checked the gauge before you left." Maybe Uhaul should make sure their employees give accurate information. I did what I was supposed to do, but I was lied to about the tank being full and it cost me an extra $20. This is a scam. I will NEVER use Uhaul again after that experience and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about the dishonesty.

Absolutely nothing! Anthony and Tiffany were perfect! They always went beyond ! We were nervous about driving cross country and they got us a new truck and new auto carrier. They explained everything to me. I was very grateful! They were both very professional, courteous and helpful. They made our journey more enjoyable. On a scale of 1-10, I rate them a 20!

The truck smelled like someone had hauled goats in it. I’m not joking and I know what goats smell like...they stink terribly. I didn’t have time to go back and switch trucks. Although the location and service was great I don’t think I will be back.
