I had to locate a worker to tell me where the office was.
DARREL CWas able to get a truck on a weekend using the app. Just showed up, checked in on the app and was given the code to get the key out. Location that the trucks are parked does make it hard to get a proper passenger side picture though.
Samuel WI was charged for a dolly that I never even got I used 4 miles and had it for six hours and was charged way over $30 will not recommend!
ONEIDA GRented the truck with a 15 mileage range and actually use 21 miles. Was overcharged for gas usage. Gas gauge was not on the correct hand when dropped off and returned. No one was there to do any paperwork for the rental of the U-Haul so pretty much drop the truck off and didn’t receive paperwork. I had to find it in my email today once I received Notice of my security deposit. I use U-Haul often and different locations and I am not satisfied with the services of this location also, they only have one truck available.
