Next time be more communicative and responsive , I’ve been calling and no answer !!! I haven’t received my deposit or anything back which was 180$ that I haven’t used. I’ve left voice messages about questions that never got answered and my brother returned the key he told us he would help the next morning

Scotty WA very small location had to go half a block to a dirt lot to retrieve the rental, which was covered in dust. No real problems. Wish your small rentals had an easy load ramp!
