Please make the scheduling have an ability to add days yo the length of the rental available on the intialial application. Having to call after the fact is clumsy.

They charged us 96$ for blankets we never received.

DANIEL EThe only problems I had were: 1) My truck had a problem with lighting the trailer until I figured out the correct combination of buttons to push. A little heads up on that might have been nice, but then, if I was told how to do everything, how would I figure it out on my own? 2) the second problem is that the receipt I was emailed was without charges! Now, I know you folks don't give away the use of the trailer without charge, and I really need to know what I was charged on my credit card. It is nice to know that when I turned it in, I was not dinged for extra charges, but . . . really? Let me know what I owe, please! :-)
NORMAN DPlease find a new host for your trucks and trailers. The truck was dirty (there was a have eaten grilled cheese sitting in the floor board/the back had all of the blankets and two wheeler sitting in a big pile) and the MOD of the grocery store was arrogant and cocky. This is the closest U-Haul to us and we are cancelling our Dec rental and will pay more to go to another location rather than come back here. I will not post this on social media nor with online rating services, but please fix this. Regards, Dave Shrader
