Van we had ordered was not there at pick-up, but we were able to rent small truck, instead. Manager very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Take better care of the trucks you have. Their should be a thorough inspection of the trucks before they go out as this truck with only 87k miles has a terrible misfire and the trucks before had barely any power and the truck kept jumping hard. I rented from u-Haul alot but will go with enterprise going forward because being safe in transportation is just as important as getting your stuff transported safely. Very disappointed of the neglect the trucks you rent out!
MATTHEW PThe front end of the truck makes crazy sounds when you’re making a right turn needs to get fixed, and I got overcharged. I was only supposed to pay $44 and it charged me $92.
Kathryn KDropping off was fine. But I needed to double check the truck and the clerk was not there. When I reached out he was a preoccupied where ever he was. Unacceptable.
