The dealer rented me a truck with no oil in it, then after I attempted to call to express this concern, I was sent to voicemail. Within minutes, I didn’t receive a callback, but I did get a text basically telling me it’s not their problem. I felt that was incredibly unprofessional and showed no care at all for the lives of the customers this location is renting vehicles out to.
