ROBERT PThe only issue that I had came at drop off time. The representative said that I could call U-Haul and choose my drop off location. When I called they would not allow me to change my drop off location. So that was a little upsetting and cost me about an additional hour onto my trip home.
Chris WI give Tammy a 11 out 10 she was booked up and I called for a last minute rental. She located a trailer that would serve our purpose which by the way was excellent. Being older and not sure we could load an upright freezer in a truck . The trailer had a ramp which made for easy on and off loading. Best money spent to move our freezer.
