Satellite business may financially work well for you, be sure that your clients are aware of what that is. It would’ve been easier for me to check in and out online or remote access whatever you wanna call it. But make it obvious in the location description. The gas station attendant that helped me was very kind but without Internet access it became a 45 minute ordeal. I was not in a hurry. Also, the vehicle wasn’t ready until 12:30 PM, completely unnecessary given I should be able to pick up that vehicle anytime a day Please rethink your strategy for satellite businesses and make it easier for your customer and the existing business. That’s overseeing your sales.

The location was a gas station. The employees had to call the manager, who walked me through the pick up. On drop off, they took the key, but never checked in the truck as returned. Poor overall service.
