We nearly left the location without dropping off our truck, thinking that there was some mistake with the address. Then we noticed the U-Haul flag on the corner of the building and an orange key drop. The location doesn't look like it has an office at all, and there were no other U-Haul equipment visible. It felt a little bit sketch leaving the truck and trailer there, but I just followed the instructions on the app and went ahead and did it.

This location was fine. It's the help desk that was a nightmare. I had trouble picking my renta l truck up using the app, so I called the help desk and after being put on hold was hung up on (digital voice simply said "goidbye" and the call ended. So I called back. Same thing happened again! I eventually got my truck...an hour AFTER the scheduled pick up time.
