This is a self-serve location. If you can't deal with a less than seamless experience, you should go to a location that is staffed all hours. I scheduled to pick up a truck at 8am and had not been given instruction for accessing a truck key at the lock box. I had been told I would receive instructions for accessing the key by e-mail or text before the scheduled pick-up time but had received neither. I had made multiple calls about this the night day and evening before but got no call back from my voice mail messages. I decided to show up at the site anyway and there were phone numbers posted to call if I was having an issue. I called. Matt arrived within 10 minutes, and I was off with the truck 10 minutes later. Truck was clean. Appliance dolly was in the back like I requested. Drop off was simple and the billing charge was accurate.
