Truck had a lot of play in the steering ! More than usual. Lots of damages . I was also charge extra for gas after putting more in it then it had when I got it . Was charged extra for fees that should’ve been there . Two rental fees ? No point in calling I know it would be a waste of time

Can't think of any way to improve. The truck was there, clean, and functional. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly. Being able to pick up trucks here is extremely helpful for me because this location is so close to everything I need trucks for, and the alternatives add significant time and cost to any rental. ROBERT HEverything went as planned… Showed up, filled out paperwork, and they helped me hook up the trailer to my vehicle… Process was smooth, administration was kind, patient and helpful. If you’re looking to rent a U-Haul in the Monadnock region, there’s no other clear choice. This rental was effortless and I highly recommend this location.
Juliane Mthe Return Truck app was unclear if the truck was accepted as returned. That could be better. I texted with the Uhaul rep at the Peterborough site to be sure they knew the truck had been returned, mikage and I had photos etc. They were great and let me know I would get a receipt the next morning - which I did.
