The drop off location was “fine” but its a 24/7 dropoff with no lights. There are parking lot lights, but they were off. For me, this was just inconvenient as i had to walk around with a flashlight to find the key box and missed the turn at first. More importantly, a young woman would not feel safe there. My partner is 27 and she told me if it was her alone she would have parked the truck, ran to the keybox and ran to the vehicle picking her up.

We nearly left the location without dropping off our truck, thinking that there was some mistake with the address. Then we noticed the U-Haul flag on the corner of the building and an orange key drop. The location doesn't look like it has an office at all, and there were no other U-Haul equipment visible. It felt a little bit sketch leaving the truck and trailer there, but I just followed the instructions on the app and went ahead and did it.
NAOMI BThis location was fine. It's the help desk that was a nightmare. I had trouble picking my renta l truck up using the app, so I called the help desk and after being put on hold was hung up on (digital voice simply said "goidbye" and the call ended. So I called back. Same thing happened again! I eventually got my truck...an hour AFTER the scheduled pick up time.
