The lady at front counter and manager were nice but the truck was buried in snow and windshield was covered in ice. The truck should have been prepared for a customer. I was in a hurry and didnt have a snow brush or shovel, nor was I was dressed appropriately to be stuck outside doing this. I didnt have gloves. I was NOT happy.
